After an intense three-week trek, arriving at the loft suite was a breath of fresh air. The suite was impeccably clean and super comfortable, and I appreciated that it was kept at the perfect temperature. However, the check-in process was agonizingly slow, and the noise from children in the area made it a bit overwhelming at times.
